Guidelines for Presentations at the Soil ReUnion Congress 2025

Dear participants,

During registration, you chose one of three formats for presenting. Here are the guidelines to help us maintain a concise and smooth program while following the trend of short and effective formats:

  1. Oral Presentations
  • Duration: up to 7 minutes, with approximately 3 minutes reserved for introduction and brief Q&A.
  • Recommended slides: up to 7 slides.
  • Template: e-template provided below. If your institution or project already has a defined visual identity, feel free to use your own style; we only kindly ask you to use the opening slide from the attached template as the title slide of your presentation.

  1. Three-Minute Poster Talks
  • Format: short and dynamic; key points only, connecting the speaker with the topic.
  • Duration: 3 minutes.
  • Recommended slides: 3 slides (title, main idea, and general conclusion).
  • Template: e-template provided below. If your institution or project already has a defined visual identity, feel free to use your own style; we only kindly ask you to use the opening slide from the attached template as the title slide of your presentation.

  1. Static e-Posters (displayed in the Congress Hall)
  • Duration: entire conference day.
  • Recommended template: single slide template provided.
  • Please ensure your material is high resolution.
  • Feel free to organize the space within the poster in the way that suits you best.

Call for Abstracts

The Book of Abstracts of peer-reviewed contributions will be published, assigned a library number, and indexed.

Participants who are interested in publishing a full paper will have the opportunity to submit their manuscripts for publication in the peer-reviewed journal Soil and Plant of the Serbian Soil Science Society after the Congress.

Additionally, an e-edition of the Compendium of presentations and e-posters from the Congress will be available for participants who wish to include their work in PDF format.

The Journal “Zemljište i Biljka – Soil and Plant – Почва и Растение” is the official three lingual (Serbian-English-Russian) journal of the Soil Science Society of Serbia (SDPZ) published since 1952. Since 2014, both printed and electronic versions of the journal have been published twice a year. ISSN 0514-6658; eISSN 2560-4279

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The abstract must be written using the provided template and submitted through the registration form. The abstract may include graphs, tables, and images, with the rule that one abstract corresponds to a maximum of two pages (one page is preferred).
