The registration fee covers a large package of activities to enhance your experience at the conference. It includes:
- Access to all presentations, sessions, and panel discussions
- Participation in special project events
- Welcome cocktail and dinner on Monday
- Refreshments during all breaks
- Two lunches (on Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Dinner and social gathering on Tuesday
We believe the registration fee is very reasonable, considering all the services included, which offer a rich and fulfilling conference experience. It ensures that all your needs are covered throughout the event and provides plenty of opportunities for networking and engaging in various activities.
The prices for the Gala dinner on Wednesday with live music and the Excursion with a visit to the winery and lunch on Thursday are specified separately, as well as the total price for all the conference program contents in the table below.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy for accommodation is outlined in the registration form.
Regarding the registration fee, cancellations made before August 1, 2025, will be subject to a 10% deduction of the total amount, in addition to any applicable bank transfer fees.
For cancellations made on or after August 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued, and the full amount of the participation fee will be retained by the organizer.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to postpone the congress to a later date.
